Brake Pads Automatic Material Weighting and Mixing System

Brake Pads Automatic Material Weighting and Mixing System is used for weighing raw materials automatic before mixing.This system operates fully automatic base on the friction material formulation which is saved in PLC. If operator selects saved formulation, automatically weighing and collecting different weighed material and then discharge to the linked Mixer.

Work process:

Setting or select the formula →given weight of ingredients → Check → Weighing → cumulative checked → into the mixing bin → Save →print output → batch number ,formula number ,theoretical weight ,actual weight, error →operator signature.
