Motorcycle Brake Pad Scorching Machine

Motorcycle Brake Pad Scorching Machine is used for friction surface high temperature scorching treatment, to carbonize the surface of OE quality brake pads. It consists with scorch oven and cooling with one line.It  is continuous operation type and no delaying time. Brake pad moves on electrical heated plate without pressure. And also, scorching time and temperature are adjustable and it depends on customer’s reference. There’s no extra tooling change even if changing the reference. It can connect with Combined Grinder and Paint line for automatic production line.
