Car Brake Pad Scorching Machine is used for friction surface high temperature scorching treatment, to carbonize the surface of OE quality brake pads. It consists with scorch oven and cooling zone with one line. It is continuous operation type and no delaying time. Brake pad moves on electrical heated plate without pressure. Scorching time and temperature are adjustable. It can connect with Combined Grinding Machine and Powder Coating line to be an automatic production line.
