Brake Pad Dynamo-Meter Test Machine

Brake Pad Dynamo-Meter Test Machine is used to process the brake performance test and NVH test on assembled brake by combining mechanical inertia and electrical inertia, it permits the replication of braking performance for a wide range of vehicle sizes.

Inertia simulation allows for precise vehicle inertia points to be tested via the drive motor system by adding or subtracting energy from the rotating system.

The advantages of dynamo-meter with inertia simulation include less upfront cost (fewer discs), less overall time to change the mechanical inertia discs, increased flexibility to change inertia values during the test procedure, and higher accuracy through the elimination of machine losses.
