Brake Pads Press Machine with Weighting System

The Automatic Brake Pad Press Machine Group Set with Weighting System represents a highly integrated and advanced solution in the brake pad manufacturing industry. It combines a sophisticated weighing system, 1 to 6 units of state – of – the – art Brake Pads Equal Pressure Hot Press Machines, automatic manipulators on a travelling rack, and a comprehensive range of other accessories.

This remarkable setup is principally accountable for six crucial procedures throughout the entire production process. First, it undertakes one – layer or double – layer friction mixes weighing with precision. This accurate weighing is essential as it ensures the correct composition of the brake pads, directly impacting their performance. Next comes the mixes flattening step, which also includes pre – pressing if there is an under – layer. This process helps in shaping the friction materials into the desired form.

The material tray transporting is then smoothly carried out by the feeder trolley. The Automatic Brake Pad Press Machine Group Set, with its integrated Brake Pads Press Machinery, also efficiently manages mixes feeding, precisely placing the materials into the molds. After the hot pressing process, the finishing brake pads grabbing task is executed by the automatic manipulators, ensuring the safe retrieval of the newly – formed brake pads. Additionally, mold cleaning is an important part of the process, maintaining the quality of the molds for consistent production.

The designing concept of this automatic equipment is well – thought – out and divided into four distinct blocks. Block 1 consists of the weighing machines. It contains one first – layer mix weighing machine and an under – layer mix weighing machine. The weighed materials are neatly stored in the feeder. In cases where only one – layer mixture is needed for the brake pads formula, the system can be configured with just one weighing machine.

Block 2 is the Feeder Trolley. This trolley plays a pivotal role in transporting the friction material tray, performing tasks such as retrieving, flattening, and pre – pressing. Block 3 features the Automatic Manipulators on the Travelling Rack. These manipulators are highly versatile, handling material tray grabbing, discharging the friction mixes, grabbing the finished brake pads, cleaning the molds, and returning the material tray.

Finally, Block 4 is the Press Machines. The entire system offers great flexibility, as it can be designed to incorporate 1 to 6 units of press machines, depending on the specific hot – pressing method of different formulas. If the pressing time is short, the weighing system can support fewer units of press machines. Conversely, if the pressing time is longer, it can serve more press machines. The tonnage of the press machines and the cavities of the molds are meticulously designed based on the detailed model of the brake pad and the pressure required by the formula.
