The Automatic Brake Pads Friction Mixes Weighing Machine is an advanced and highly efficient device specifically designed for the brake pads manufacturing industry. - The weighing range is set to ≤250g / cavity for passenger car brake pads, making it suitable for the specific requirements of pc brake pad production.
- The weighing tolerance can be adjusted within the range of 0.1 – 0.5g. This adjustability ensures that manufacturers can meet different precision standards according to their production needs.
- It adopts a P.L.C. Controlled operation mode, which offers reliable and stable control over the entire weighing process. This advanced control system reduces human error and improves the overall efficiency of the operation.
- The weighing capacity is quite impressive, ranging from 6000 cups to 8000 cups within 8 hours. This high – speed weighing ability can meet the demands of medium – to – large – scale production lines.
- It can handle weighing particle sizes of Φ≤5mm, including powder and fiber – sized materials. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of friction mixture components used in pc brake pads.
- The machine can operate within a working temperature range of – 5℃ to 45℃, ensuring its applicability in various environmental conditions.
- The size of the machine with a 6 – working – station configuration is 1500 x 1000 x 2000, which is designed to fit well in most production facilities without taking up excessive space.
2. BL – CV24 – FMW (for CV brake pads/CV Brake Linings)
- This model, which can be referred to as an Automatic CV Brake Pads Friction Mixes Weighing Machine and Brake Linings Weighing Machinery, is dedicated to commercial vehicle (CV) brake pads and brake linings.
- The working station has a customized layout of 4 cups x 2 rows, optimized for CV brake pad production.
- The weighing range for CV brake pads and brake linings is ≤1800g / cavity, meeting the larger – sized requirements of CV brake components.
- Similar to the previous model, the weighing tolerance can be adjusted between 0.1 – 0.5g, providing flexibility in precision control.
- It also utilizes a P.L.C. Controlled operation mode, ensuring stable and accurate operation.
- The weighing capacity is 1000 cups to 2000 cups per 8 hours, which is suitable for the production scale of CV brake pads and linings.
- The weighing particle size is limited to Φ≤5mm, handling powder and fiber – sized materials effectively, just like the pc brake pad model.
- The working temperature range of – 5℃ to 45℃ ensures its reliable operation in different environments.
- The size of the machine with a 2 – working – station configuration is 2100 x 1050 x 2300, designed to accommodate the production requirements of CV brake pad manufacturing while maintaining a reasonable footprint.
